North East Ohio Trail Riders Association (NEOTRA) is an affiliate club of the Ohio Horseman’s Council (OHC).

The Portage County chapter of the Ohio Horsman's Council (PCOHC) is a capter of the Ohio Horseman's Coucil.

These two clubs that have joined together to assist in maintaining the equestrian trails in Portage County and at West Branch State Park.

Please consider joining our efforts to ensure these trails are available for future generations. Both clubs, together, hold trail maintenance days.

NEOTRA Mission is to provide a fun, respectful, team-oriented environment for members to meet & enjoy other horse people, develop friendships, give lone riders partners to ride with, enjoy group rides/camping, share advise, learn new things and enjoy our horses. Work together to maintain and promote the West Branch Park trails while encouraging more horse people to be members.
